With modern yoga practices focus on shapes and movement, the richness and intentions of yoga have taken a backseat. To teach or practice with integrity means that we must shine a light on appropriation, acknowledge what we don’t know, and continue to be students of life. This weekend will offer insight on Patanjalis Yoga Sutras, the Vedanta system, and the Bhagavad Gita, including Bhakti and Karma yoga.
